Oversee the entire golf and residential project delivery for the coastal site of the Hoi An South Integrated Casino Resort development project in 2017:

-The site is based on the shoreline of Central Vietnam.

-In the role as Vice President of Golf, Ben was required to oversee the construction & development whilst also the future operations and business planning for the Golf Course.

-Robert Trent Jones Jr. was the selected architect alongside the Hong Kong based construction company, Linkshape to deliver the project within 24 months.
